Las Vegas Gaming Law on Poolside Casino’s?
Is it true in Las Vegas, hotels with poolside casino‘s must allow you into the pool area regardless if you are a hotel guest or not to gamble?
publi answers:
>>Is it True in Las Vegas, hotels with poolside gaming must allow you into the pool area regardless if you’re a hotel guest or not, to gamble?<If the hotel provides an “extra” amenity then they are allowed to charge an entrance fee. This would be along the lines of a band, DJ or party. Exceptions are also made in some cases, for high limit salons.
Nevada Gaming Law – Poolside gaming
NV Revised Statute – 463.0129 Sub Clause “E”
“All gaming establishments in this state must remain open to the general public, and the access of the general public to gaming activities must not be restricted in any manner”
According to the Nevada Gaming Commission every casino with poolside gaming must post a sign in a prominent location near the entrance to the pool, informing the public that they are to be admitted free of charge if they state they intend to gamble.

would a hotel/casino in las vegas hire a 230 pound lifeguard?
my brother says they will but I say they won’t
all fat with saggy man tittys.
publi answers:
Is a 230 pound person physically fit enough to be able to save the lives of others? I’d think no.
Mary asks…
has anyone stayed at Las Vegas Club Hotel & Casino – $18 Fremont Blvd, Las Vegas, Any reviews, much tks?
publi answers:
It is an old hotel and if you read the reviews on tripadvisor.com, they are not good. For a clean, downtown, inexpensive hotel, I recommend Fitzgerald’s. It’s around $40 a night and I had no problems staying there.

Join their e-mail update list. They will send you special offers.
Boyd properties are very good about sending special offers to those that stay/play.
The GC will price match, if you find a better rate for them online.
Try this site, it compares 15 or so of the largest discout travel sites to give you the best rate.
If you find a better rate than what the GC has on it’s web site just call, tell them where you found the rate, they are very nice about the whole thing and it only takes a couple of minutes.
>I found a $20 rate(online 1/24) for Sunday/Thursday & $32 Friday/Saturday, December 16th-26th GC matched the rate no question ask.
One of my favorite sites to check for room rates

James asks…
Was the New Frontier casino/hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, recently demolished?
Is there a video of the event?
publi answers:
It was imploded in November 2007 to make way for a replica of New York’s Plaza Hotel. Other developers wanted to build a faux Swiss Ski Resort or San Francisco style casino.
But the Las Vegas City Council has been frowning on the “theme park” development concepts that characterized the 1990s, preferring to sell the city as a sophisticated adult playground (rather than an ‘Orlando in the Desert’).
Here’s a video:

Lizzie asks…
Hard Rock Hotel and casino Las Vegas.?
Do the Bands who play at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Las Vegas ever come inside to gamble after the show??
publi answers:
You will see them all over and at all times of day and night. It is really just luck when you see them or sit next to them.
It is best that you don’t seek them out. I have had many conversations with various ‘famous’ people because they came up and sat next to me and started a conversation, or I started a nice friendly conversation once they sat next to me.
NEVER talk about their career unless they stear the conversation that way. Just be interested in them as a person, and you will be able to be friendly with a ‘celebrity’ for an evening.
